The Boys and Girls Club of Ada offers after-school programming year-round for the children of Pontotoc and surrounding counties.  Historically, the Club was a sports club, hosting basketball, soccer and wrestling.

We still offer recreational basketball and two seasons of soccer for youth.  Basketball is still offered in the winter and is played at Irving Center on Saturdays. The fee is $35 and includes a Boys and Girls Club t-shirt.  It begins in December and goes into February.  It caters to first graders and older.

Soccer is offered in the spring and the fall.  $55 is the fee and it also includes a Boys and Girls Club uniform.  We have soccer fields behind the Club for ages 4 and up.

During the summer we are open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and offer a safe place for children to be during summer hours.  With a wide variety of activites and daily trips, a low weekly price is the best deal in the county!

The Club also has programming after school until 6:30 pm.  Children in the Ada School System can get on Bus and attend the Club Monday through Friday.  The children are offered a snack when they arrive, are required to do 30 minutes of "Power Hour", allowing children to finish homework and/or be tutored in areas they need help in.  Afterward, they are allowed to play.
